Industry Events- The World Festival of Creativity in Schools

Organized by the Ministry of Education in Italy, Unicef and Unesco, The World Festival of Creativity in Schools will be taking place in Corsica May 2nd-6th, 2007. The Festival will include the following 6 areas:
* PERFORMING ARTS
* EDUCATION AND TRAINING
* SOLIDARITY AND SOCIAL AWARENESS
* EDUCATION AND SPORTS
* SPECIAL PRIZES
* EXHIBITION AREA

GEF, The World Festival of Creativity in Schools, is a festival for students, aged 7 – 18 years, and their teachers, where they can compete with other students from the whole world participating in competitions such as exhibitions and performances of the Arts included in its programme. During the finals stages meetings, seminars, and workshops will be organized.

Carol, a native English-speaker who hails from the small town of St. Joseph in Minnesota, USA, and lived and worked in China for more than 7 years. During that time, she worked with students that range in age from three to more than sixty years old. She worked in universities, private language schools, grade schools, international schools, as well as private tutoring.
